Recently Livingston County Circuit Court sent orders to the LCSO for the following people to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program.  The following people have or soon will be transferred:

Billy Jenkins, 31, Wheeling                 Probation Violation - Distribution Controlled Substance - 15 years DOC.

Lee Vonthun, 50, Palmyra                  Probation Violation - Delivery of Controlled Substance - 8 years DOC.

Christopher Rader, 41, Tina               Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

Detrii Hyatt, 25, Chillicothe                Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

Jeremiah Muth, 39, Leavenworth,      Violating a Condition of Lifetime Supervision - 3 years DOC.

Savannah Jimenez, 31, Chillicothe     Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - 2 years DOC.

We hope these people can turn this around and make something positive happen for not just them but also their families.
