June 11, 2021 about 5:30 p.m. authorities in Union County Iowa arrested Casey Scott Welch, 25, Jefferson City, MO on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court being:  1st on case #20LV-CR00395 for two class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance, bond $20,000. 

Upon extraditing Mr. Welch back to Missouri we will serve him with 3 additional Livingston County arrest warrants being:  case #20LV-CR00464 for class A misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  3rd on case #20LV-CR00463 for class B misdemeanor DWI.  4th on case #20LV-CR00462 for class D misdemeanor Driving While Revoked/Suspended 1st offense.

Mr. Welch was arrested on the 1st case number on July 14, 2020 and released from jail on July 17, 2020 on bond and we had been looking for Mr. Welch since that date.
