Incident Reports:

September 08 LCSO began an investigation on property damage to a vehicle parked at commuter parking lot U.S. 36 and Highway D.  Unknown person(s) broke the rear window to gain entry to the pickup and went through the vehicle.  Nothing of value was found to be missing.  Investigation continues.

Last week LCSO an investigation on a registered sex offender allegedly in violation on residency and other registration requirement(s).  Once completed this case file will be submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration.

September 08 LCSO completed investigation into complaints over child care and past family issues with rural residents.  Incidents found not to be criminal in nature.

Added September 08:

Jeremy A. Woods, 44, Independence, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on 3 counts class A misdemeanor Non-Support, bond set at $1,000.

Arrested September 08:

Shelby Bonea, 25, St. Joseph, arrested by St. Joseph PD on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged bond violation on original class E felony Assault-3rd degree on case #21LV-CR00309.  LCSO will extradite at earliest opportunity.

Arrested September 13:

Dawn R. King, 39, address unknown, arrested by Carrollton PD on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey Judge's Order on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond denied by the Court on warrant #21LV-CR00098.  Alleged Ms. King never reported to Supervision Services and her whereabouts are unknown at the time of the warrant issued in April 2021. 

Added September 14:

Dezeray Nichole Merriweather, 30, Wheeling, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Bond set at $5,000 on case #21LV-CR00456.

Added September 16:

Tye Joseph Evans33, Wheeling, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrants for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Failure to Appear in Court on class E felony Property Damage-1st degree.  You may recall LCSO and MSHP arrested Mr. Evans on August 22, 2021 in Wheeling on multiple traffic offense warrants and found Mr. Evans hiding inside a tote in an outbuilding.  Mr. Evans was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine that night and has failed to appear on these two felony allegations and the traffic warrants today.  Mr. Evans was released on bond from jail on the August 22nd issues on August 30 and we are now actively looking for Mr. Evans.

 

Other Arrests:

September 05 at 12:22 a.m. a deputy made a traffic stop and subsequently arrested Milford Brian Swift, 56, Bolivar MO for alleged Driving While Revoked 2nd/3rd offense.  Mr. Swift was processed at the Law Enforcement Center and released on citation.

September 06 at 12:56 a.m. LCSO arrested Katelan M. Chase, 28, Chillicothe on Grundy County arrest warrant on 4 minor traffic violations.  Ms. Chase posted $290 bond and was released with a new court date.

September 15 LCSO arrested Billy Baldwin, 46, on a Missouri Parole warrant.  Mr. Baldwin was taken to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph.

September 03 at 11:46 a.m. an Osborn driver was cited for 78 in a 55 on Highway 190 and LIV 229.

September 03 at 4:40 p.m. a Springfield driver was cited for Failure to Register Motor Vehicle (expired 4 months) at U.S. 36 and LIV 259.

September 03 at 4:55 p.m. a Liberty driver was cited for 83 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at LIV 261.

September 03 at 6:20 p.m. a Kansas driver was cited for 87 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at Mooresville Jct.

September 03 at 6:45 p.m. a Kansas City driver was cited for 79 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at LIV 419.

September 03 at 7:12 p.m. a Chillicothe driver was issued a speeding citation for 82 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at LIV 413.

September 04 at 12:42 a.m. a deputy issued a Brookfield driver a stop sign violation citation.

September 06 at 9:17 p.m. a St. Charles driver was cited for 90 in a 65 on U.S. 36 near Wheeling.

September 07 at 11:35 p.m. a Wheeling driver was issued a citation for Failing to Provide Proof of Auto Insurance.

September 10 at 3:35 p.m. an Illinois driver was cited for 85 in a 65 on U.S. 36 near Utica.

September 13 at 8:36 a.m. a Chillicothe driver was cited for Failure to Register Motor Vehicle with expired April 2020 tag.

September 14 at 12:51 p.m. a Wheeling driver was cited for Failure to Register Motor Vehicle with Director of Revenue.
