Shawn D. Weers, 44, Belton, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class E felony Driving While Revoked/Suspended.  Bond set at $20,000 on case #20LV-CR00362-01.  Probation Violation allegation(s) being #3 Residency, having moved without prior approval and has not provided home plan.  Condition #8 Reporting Directives, has not allegedly reported as directed four times.

Kalup Woodson, 29, St. Louis wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Assault 3rd degree-Special Victim.  Bond set at $20,000 on case #20LV-CR00366-01.  Warrant does not articulate alleged Violation of Bond Conditions.

Nicholas A. Shipley, 36, Sedalia, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class E felony Non-Support, Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order of Support.  Bond set at $1,500 cash on case #21LV-CR00255.

Jante Kean Glasgow, 28, Chillicothe, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class E felony Domestic Assault-3rd degree.  Bond set at $25,000 on case #21LV-CR00483.

Frank Joseph Stallo, 46, Marceline, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Stealing Motor Vehicle.  Bond set at $15,000 on case #21LV-CR00476.

September 27 Harold Wayne Gregson, 58, Iowa, arrested by Iowa authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Non-Support in each of 6 individual month within any twelve month period, amount owed in excess of $5,000.  Bond set at $20,000 on case #09LV-CR00457.

October 05 Melissa L. Davis, 25, Trenton, arrested by KCPD on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony of forgery.  Ms. Davis will be extradited by LCSO in the next 48 hours and be taken to DDRJ in lieu of bond.

October 05 William Rex Long, 26, Trenton, arrested by KCPD on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Will be extradited by LCSO in the next 48 hours and taken to DDRJ in lieu of bond.
