Rebecca Kirkpatrick and Dezeray Merriweather

Arrested October 25, Rebecca A. Kirkpatrick, 60 in Branson MO on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original 2 counts class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Ms. Kirkpatrick has been a fugitive since November 2019.  LCSO will be extraditing her at first opportunity.

Arrested October 25, Dezeray Nichole Merriweather, 30, when she surrendered to LCSO on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Ms. Merriweather was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
