The Livingston County Sheriff's Office recently received Court orders to cause the following detainees to be transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia to attend a treatment program or serve a sentence:

Tony Cashatt, 56, Chillicothe              Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

Derick Rautanen, 19, Brookfield          DWI - 2 years DOC.

Kegan Swartz, 29, Columbia               Failure to Register as Sex Offender - CODS.

Nicholas Sturm, 34, Chillicothe           Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance - CODS.

Charles Ellis, 57, Raytown                  Stealing - 3 years DOC.

Kevin Case, 51, Chillicothe                  Failure to Appear - 3 years DOC.

Stephanie Brownsberger, 49, Chillicothe         Endangering Welfare of Child - Institutional Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program.

All detainees will be transferred at earliest opportunity.
