The Livingston County Sheriff's Office recently received Court orders to cause the following detainees be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia to serve a sentence or a treatment program:

Luchsal Moore, 39, Chillicothe Possession Controlled Substance - 5 years.

William Schneiter, 61, Dawn Possession Controlled Substance - 4 years - ITP.

Shawn Weers, 44, Belton Probation Violation - DWR - 4 years.

Mikall Foster, 30, Chillicothe Tampering 1st - 4 years.

David Stewart, 57, Kirksville Possession Controlled Substance - 5 years.

Deandre Nichols, 29, Illinois Delivery Controlled Substance - 10 years; Unlawful Use of Weapon - 4 years.

Nicholas Duckworth, 29, Chillicothe Possession Controlled Substance - 7 years.

These detainees will be transferred at first opportunity.
