Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested

April 09 a Livingston County Most Wanted fugitive was arrested.  Thomas Edward Coons, 30, was arrested by Grundy County authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged 2 counts class B felony Child Molestation-2nd degree-Child Less Than 12 Years of Age.  Unclassified felony of alleged Enticement or Attempted Enticement of a Child (Actor 21 or older and child 15 or younger), and class D felony Tamper or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution.  Bond was initially denied by the Court on case #21LV-CR00554.  Mr. Coons was transferred to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
