The Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) recently received Court orders to cause the following detainees be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to attend a program or serve a sentence:

Jared Johnson, 33, Braymer DWI - 2 years.

Kyle Case, 33, Chillicothe Delivery Controlled Substance - 10 years.

Chase Fantazia, 31, Chillicothe Unlawful Use of Weapon - CODS.

Hayley Tuggle, 32, Trenton Possession Controlled Substance - 3 years.

Eryka Bash, 22, Independence Resisting Arrest - 4 years ITP Program.

Jaime Hughes, 33, Carrollton Probation Violation - Possession - CODS.

The females were transported to Vandalia by the LCSO on July 14 and the males will be transferred at earliest opportunity.
