The Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) recently received Court orders to cause the following detainees be sent to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a program:

Donald Franks, 33, Chillicothe            Endangering Welfare of Child            2 years DOC.

Donnie Matheson, 28, Chillicothe      Endangering Welfare of Child            7 years DOC.

William Helm, 46, Chillicothe            Fail to Register - Change of Residence          2 years DOC.

Terry Harper, 52, Brookfield              Delivery Controlled Substance           5 years DOC.

Brian Perkins, 37, Chillicothe             Tampering 1st                         CODS.

Jared Livengood, 35, Chillicothe         Possession Controlled Substance        10 years DOC - 120 program to run consecutive with other count.                                     Possession Controlled Substance        10 years DOC - 120 program to run consecutive with other count.

These men will be transported at earliest opportunity.
