Most Wanted Fugitive Updates

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office has updated information on our Most Wanted Fugitives website.  We have had one fugitive arrested and added 6 people since September 18.

Arrested September 16:

Nathaniel Scott Rhea, 37, by St. Joseph Police on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images.  Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #22LV-CR00432.  LCSO extradited Mr. Rhea on the 16th and he was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.


Added September 18:

Joel Tracy Kellison, 46, Chillicothe, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond denied by the Court on case #22LV-CR00355.  Warrant lists alleged probation violation as condition #4, DIRECTIVE, but failure to report as directed.  LCSO Jail Management records shows Mr. Kellison was arrested on this case July 05 and released on bond August 17, 2022.

Kimberly S. Brandes, 54, Belton, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original class D felony Tampering with Motor Vehicle-1st degree.  Warrant lists alleged violation being #3-DRUGS by using controlled substance.  Bond denied by the court on case #22LV-CR00295.  LCSO Jail Management records show Ms. Brandes was arrested on this warrant July 13 and released on bond July 27, 2022.

Jonathan Taylor Meservey, 20, Mooresville, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class E felony Fail to Register as a Sex Offender pursuant to sections 589.400-.425 RSMO.  Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #22LV-CR00508.


Added September 19:

Niki Ann Kimberling, 31, Gladstone, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond set at $2,500 on case #22LV-CR00505.

Leon Walter Jr., 44, Chillicothe, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Bond set at $5,000 on case #22LV-CR00498.


Added September 20:

Trenton Lee Merriman, 23, Independence, wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge's Order on original class C felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Bond denied by the Court on case #22LV-CR00481.  LCSO Jail Management records shows Mr. Merriman was arrested on this case and incarcerated September 7-15, 2022 and released on ROR bond.
