The following people were recently arrested on Livingston County arrest warrant(s):

Arrested September 19:

Harvey Herman Coyle, 44, by Booneville authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for Alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class E felony Driving While Revoked/Suspended, bond set at $2,500 cash on case #22LV-CR00378.  LCSO extradited Mr. Coyle on September 21st and he was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.

Arrested September 20:

Jonathan Taylor Meservey, 20, by Caldwell County authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class E felony Fail to Register as a Sex Offender pursuant to sections 589-400-.425 RSMO.  Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #22LV-CR00508.

Zachary A. Sheehan, 23, by Schuyler County authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Forgery, bond set at $20,000 on case #22LV-CR00309.  And second warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on case #22LV-CR00076-01 on alleged class E felony Knowingly Burning or Exploding.  Bond set at $20,000 as well.  Mr. Sheehan was extradited on September 22 by LCSO and taken to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Arrested September 21:

Leon Walter Jr., 44, Chillicothe by Chillicothe PD on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged class D felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Bond set at $5,000 cash on case #22LV-CR00498.

Joel Tracy Kellison, 46, Chillicothe, by LCSO on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on original class D felony Possession of Controlled Substance.  Bond denied by the Court on case #22LV-CR00355.  Warrant lists alleged probation violation as condition #4, DIRECTIVE, but failure to report as directed. Mr. Kellison was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
