Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia Missouri:

Canaan Davis, 29, Blue Springs          Possession Controlled Substance        CODS Program.

Todd Buss, 58, Chillicothe                   Possession Controlled Substance        7 years DOC.

David Bendure, 18, Chillicothe           Resisting Arrest       3 years DOC 120 days program.

James Fuller, 39, Chillicothe               Assault 3rd Degree                             5 years DOC.

Tyler Harper, 29, Chillicothe              Possession Controlled Substance        7 years DOC.

Aaron Sannipoli, 37, Chillicothe         Harassment                                         4 years DOC.

Laura Waterman, 42, Chillicothe       Endangering Welfare of Child                        7 years DOC.

Male detainees are taken to St. Joseph and females are taken to Vandalia per requirement of the Department of Corrections (DOC).  All the above have been delivered to DOC.
