The Livingston County Sheriff's Office recently received Court orders to cause the following detainees be transferred from our custody to other locations.  This includes the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph Missouri for certain men and Vandalia for female detainees.  We also released one detainee to the custody of the U.S. Marshals.

Stephanie Brownsberger, 50, Chillicothe, sentenced to 4 years DOC for Probation Violation on Possession of Controlled Substance conviction.

Bryan Falling, 38, Chillicothe was sentenced to 7 years DOC with 120 day program on Possession of Controlled Substance case.

Tye Evans, 34, Wheeling, sentenced to 7 years DOC on Probation Violation Possession of Controlled Substance.

Levi Wedgeworth, 33, Trenton, sentenced to 5 years DOC on Tampering-1st degree case.

Brandon Young, 23, Chillicothe, sentenced to 7 years DOC on Probation Violation for Possession of Controlled Substance case.

Johnnie Horton, 43, Brunswick, sentenced to 5 years DOC on Probation Violation for Possession of Controlled Substance.

Jimmy McManus, 55, homeless, sentenced to 3 years DOC on a felony Stealing case.

On January 11 LCSO released Tehya R. Kelley, 24, Chillicothe, from our custody to that of the U.S. Marshal's on a federal conspiracy violation charge.  Online records show Ms. Kelley is still charged in Livingston County on 5 alleged class C felony allegations being 1 county Involuntary Manslaughter and 4 county Distribution of Controlled Substance.

We are hopeful those involved with drugs and/or addiction issues will welcome all possible drug treatment and counseling while they are attending programs or serving time.
