The Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) recently received court orders to cause the following detainees be transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections in Vandalia or St. Joseph to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:

Heather Woods, 28, Chillicothe, Probation Violation - Endangering Welfare of Child, 3 years in Department of Corrections.

Wesley Swyers, 43, Steelville DWI 7 years - 120 day program.

Kegan Swartz, 30, Kansas City, Probation Violation - Failure to Register Sex Offender, 4 years in Department of Corrections.

Jacob McGary, 25, Chillicothe, Probation Violation - Burglary, sentenced to 4 years in Department of Corrections.

Leon Walter, 44, Chillicothe, Unlawful Possession Concealable Firearm, sentenced to 5 years in Department of Corrections.

These detainees will be transported at earliest opportunity.
