Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received Court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph or Vandalia to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program.  All detainees will be transported at earliest convenience:

Jeff Perkins, 35, Trenton                     Domestic Assault - 5 years Department of Corrections.

Charles Doyle, 57, Chillicothe            Harassment - 4 years Department of Corrections.

Orville Etherton, 53, Chillicothe         Harassment - 3 years Department of Corrections.

Clinton Foster, 34, Newtown              Possession Controlled Substance - ITP - 120 program.

We are hopeful this is the last time these people are involved in the criminal justice system.
