Citizen just reported on Route A that he checked his mail and someone had already opened a letter from his insurance company.  Recalled seeing a vehicle he did not recognize acting as if delivering the mail before noon today.  Said the vehicle somewhat resembled an older mail vehicle and left traveling north.

If anyone has mail stolen please report such to your postal authority and the LCSO at 660-646-0515 or dispatch at 660-646-2121.
