Livingston County Circuit Court recently submitted orders to Sheriff Cox for the following 4 detainees to be transferred to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program, a 5th was transferred on a parole warrant:

Ethan Ross, 23, Chillicothe                 Assault - 15 years DOC - 120 program.

Chad Holmes, 28, Chillicothe             Endangering Welfare of Child - 7 years DOC - 120 program.

Jeff Admire, 53, Trenton                     Probation Violation - Financial Exploitation of Elderly - 7 years DOC.

Steven Hursman, 28, Chillicothe        Endangering Welfare of Child - 7 years DOC - 120 program.

Eric Sparkman, 29, Chillicothe           Parole warrant

LCSO transferred these men on July 13, 2023.  We are hopeful this is the last time they are involved with the criminal justice system.
