Incident Reports:

August 10th LCSO took a report of property damage in the 800 block of Fellows Street in Utica.  Incident report was created to be kept on file at the request of the reporting party.

August 13th LCSO responded to the area of U.S. Highway 65 near State Highway Z to check the well-being of an individual walking near the roadway.  A courtesy ride was provided to the individual along with further resources.

Arrested August 12th:

Gage L. Manley, 25, arrested by Chillicothe Police Department on Livingston County arrest warrant on case #22LV-CR00384-01 on an original charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Other Arrests:

July 30th LCSO deputy checked a Westbound S.U.V. traveling 92 in a 65 on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 231.  The driver, Richard W. Long of Canada, was subsequently arrested and processed at the Law Enforcement Center then released on summons.

August 7th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Shimar V. Owens on case #22LV-CR00502-01 for an alleged probation violation at the L.E.C.  Owens was transferred to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

August 9th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Gary M. Calvert on case #23LV-CR00352 at the L.E.C.  Calvert was transferred to C.C.D.C. on the no bond allowed warrant.

August 9th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Kayla M. Sayers on case #23LV-CR00208 at the Livingston County Courthouse.  Sayers was transferred to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

August 9th LCSO deputy check a Westbound Ford S.U.V. traveling 93 in a 65 on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 415.  The driver, Allison E. Foley of Wentzville, Missouri, was subsequently arrested and processed at the L.E.C. and then released on summons.

August 10th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Adam D. Caudill on case #22LV-CR00167-01 at the Livingston County Courthouse.  Caudill was transferred to C.C.D.C. in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

August 10th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Cheyenne K. Walton on case #23LV-CR00052-01 at the Livingston County Courthouse.  Walton was transferred to D.D.R.J. in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

August 10th LCSO arrested Robert J. Singer at the Livingston County courthouse after being sentenced on case #23LV-CR00084-01.  Singer was transferred to C.C.D.C. to await transfer to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

August 10th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Ciara J. Perkins on case #21LV-CR00374-01 at the Livingston County Courthouse.  Perkins posted $5,000 cash bond and was released after processing.

August 10th LCSO arrested Clayton E. Shanks on a Chillicothe Municipal warrant on case #220683725 during a traffic stop on LIV 256 near LIV 233.  Shanks posted $10 cash bond and was released after processing.

August 15th LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Debra J. Head on case #23LV-CR00340 in the 200 block of Clay Street.  Head was transferred to D.D.R.J. in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.

August 15th LCSO arrested Marquay R. Marshall during a traffic stop on Vine Street at Clay Street.  Marshall was processed for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and released on summons.

August 6th at 11:58 AM a Missouri driver was cited for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the D.O.R.

August 7th at 10:00 AM a Virginia driver was cited for 91 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at LIV 233.

August 11th at 12:48 PM a Missouri driver was cited for 83 in a 65 on U.S. 36 at ST HWY CC.
