The Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) recently received court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections to either serve a sentence or attend a program:

Joseph Kincaid, 38, Wyaconda, MO Possession Controlled Substance - 7 years DOC 120 program.

Steven Sayers, 28, Hale, MO Possession Controlled Substance - 7 years DOC 120 ITP Program.

Jay Baskett, 35, St. Joseph, MO Stealing - 5 years DOC.

Amanda Scheib, 30, Chillicothe, MO Probation Violation - Forgery - 7 years DOC.

Male detainees will be taken to DOC in St. Joseph while female detainees will be taken to DOC in Vandalia.  All will be transferred at earliest opportunity.
