The Livingston County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) received 600 prospective juror forms from Circuit Clerk Jane Gann and will be mailing these to area residents on December 08, 2023.  The term for these potential jurors is February-June 2024.

Prospective juror names are selected from a computer program to randomly select from registered voters list and driver's license information.  Missouri law requires the Circuit Clerk to prepare these and handle the returns but for the sheriff to cause them to be delivered.
