Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

May 5th, LCSO responded to the 11000 block of LIV 2317 in reference to an unattended death. Deputies assisted Livingston County Coroner Zabka with the investigation and our thoughts and prayers remain with the family.

May 6th, LCSO completed an investigation on a registered offender failing to registered as required. Incident report was completed to be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration of felony failing to register charges.

May 7th, LCSO completed an investigation into a registered offender failing to register a change of address. Incident report was completed to be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration of felony failing to register charges.

May 8th, LCSO assisted a law enforcement agency in Texas with a possible human trafficking investigation. Involved individuals were interviewed and information was relayed to the Texas agency.

May 9th, LCSO began an investigation into property damage to the pop machine located at the Chula Community Center. Investigation continues.

May 9th, deputies responded to the Dawn Apartment in reference to an ongoing disturbance. Contact was made with the suspected party who appeared to be under the influence of one or more substances. Suspect was evaluated and transported by ambulance and an incident report was completed to be forwarded to North Central Missouri Mental Health in order for the person to be provided with services.

May 13th, LCSO responded to the area of Missouri Highway 190 and LIV 529 for a welfare check. Deputy made contact with the individual and a report was completed to be forwarded to provide the person with additional helpful resources.


Arrests:

May 9th, deputy arrested Koriana Roy, 27, Springfield, in Livingston County Circuit Court on an arrest warrant for Endangering a Correctional Employer/Visitor/Another Offender by Attempting/Knowingly Causing a Person to Come in Contact with Bodily Fluids. Roy was processed at the LCSO and released on an O.R. bond.

May 10th, deputy arrested Phillip Earley, 35, Columbia on a Livingston County arrest warrant for a probation violation on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Earley was processed and released on an O.R. bond.

May 13th, deputy arrested Babe Faulconer-Laine, 52, Sedalia, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for Stealing - Fourth or Subsequent Stealing Offense Within 10 Years at the LCSO. Faulconer-Laine had turned herself in and was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.


Citations:

May 14th, deputy issued a citation to Ghazi Shkoukani, 55, Michigan for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 73 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at U.S. Highway 65.

May 14th, deputy issued a citation to Michael Minnick, 38, Wheeling for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 247.

May 15th, deputy issued a citation to Tena Snyder, 60, Browning, for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 56 MPH in a 25 MPH zone on State Highway K near State Highway V in Chula.
