Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

May 22nd, LCSO responded to the 600 block of Market Street in Utica due to a disturbance. Resulting investigation revealed nothing criminal took place and a report was created to be kept on file.

May 24th, 25th and 28th, LCSO responded to the 1000 block of Missouri Highway 190 in response to medical calls to assist EMS. Reports were taken each time in the hope to provide individuals with additional resources to remedy ongoing issues.

May 29th, LCSO responded to the 200 block of North Sherman Street in Wheeling in reference to a possible theft in progress with the Missouri State Highway Patrol which resulted in an arrest by the MSHP for DWI.

Arrests:

May 30th, deputy arrested Drake Clapp, 19, Liberty, for traveling 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 255. Clapp was processed and released with a Livingston County Court date after posting $250 cash bond.

June 2nd, deputy arrested Patrick Lovelace, 62, Las Vegas, for traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 261. Lovelace was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

June 3rd, deputy arrested Billy Hatfield, 37, Chillicothe, on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant on Case # 24LV-CR00178 for failing to obey judge's orders on possession of a controlled substance charges in the 400 block of Jackson Street in Chillicothe. Hatfield was then transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.

Citations:

May 24th, Kayleigh Streett, 19, Trenton, was issued a citation for traveling 91 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 at Park Lane.

May 28th, Jimmy Richey, 73, Jamesport, was issued a citation for changing lanes when movement could not be made with safety on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 410.

May 28th, Steven Doss, 40, Laclede, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 249.

May 31st, Caitlin Claypole, 19, Richmond, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 233.

May 31st, Robert Anderson, 43, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 89 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 405.

June 3rd, Jemiriye Fakunle, 41, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 255.
