Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

July 2nd, LCSO was conducting a writ of possession in the 1300 block of Burnam Road in Chillicothe when drugs and drug paraphernalia was located.  As a result, Brnadon Flemming, 40, Chillicothe, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine).  Additional charges are being sought on other occupants of the residence as well.

July 12th, LCSO responded to the 200 block of North State Street in Wheeling in reference to a dog bite.  A report was completed and forwarded to the Livingston County Health Department.  This bite was reported to have been by the victim's pet.

July15th, deputy responded to the 7000 block of LIV 520 in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Parties were advised of the Missouri Domestic 12-hour rule and a report was generated to be kept on file.

July 16th, LCSO began an investigation into harassment taking place in Ludlow.  Investigation continues.

July 16th, deputies responded to the 1400 block of Dorney Drive in Chillicothe to assist the C.P.D. with a report of a man with a gun making threats.  The individual fled the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement.  M.S.H.P. and deputies were able to locate the individual later on walking on Old Highway 190 East of LIV 235.

July 17th, LCSO assisted the Chillicothe Police Department with a suicidal subject.  Deputies were able to locate the individual in the county with the assistance of the Missouri State Highway Patrol who ultimately arrested the subject for DWI.

 

Arrests:

July 11th, deputies arrested Tyler Hinshaw, 33, Chillicothe, on a Clay County, Missouri arrest warrant for failing to appear on a charge of presenting a false I.D.  Hinshaw had turned himself in at the L.C.S.O. and was released with a new Clay County court date after posting $250 cash bond.

July 11th, Koriana Roy, 29, Springfield, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on an arrest warrant for an original charge of attempt/knowingly cause person to come in contact with bodily fluids.  Roy was unable to post $5,000 cash only bond and was transported to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail.

July 11th, Laci Dunn, 40, Chillicothe, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on an arrest warrant for an original charge of harassment first degree.  Dunn was unable to post $10,000 cash only bond and was transported to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

July 11th, Amber Jones, 29, Chillicothe, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on a warrant issued for possession of a controlled substance.  Jones was transported to Caldwell County Detention center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

July 11th, Shelby Linder, 28, Kansas City, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on a warrant issued for a probation violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.  Linder was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

July 12th, deputies arrested John Gonzalez, 43, Kansas City, for exceeding the posted speed limit on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 255 by traveling 100 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.  Gonzalez was processed and released with a Livingston County court date after posting $250 cash bond.

July 14th, deputies arrested Justin Citrowske, 25, Illinois, for exceeding the posted speed limit on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 231 by traveling 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.  Citrowske was processed and released with a court date after posting $250 cash bond.

July 14th, deputies arrested Elmer Perez, 37, Illinois, for exceeding the posted speed limit on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway D by traveling 100 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.  Perez was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

July 15th, deputy responded to an address on LIV 2384 in reference to a suspicious person walking up someone's driveway leading to the arrest of Willie Nash, 42, Mississippi on a Mississippi Parole warrant.  Nash was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending a waiver of extradition.

July 15th, Logan McDowell, 26, Chillicothe, was arrested at the LCSO on two active failure to appear warrants for traffic violations.  McDowell was processed and released after posting $237 total cash bond.  McDowell turned himself in on the warrants.

July 17th, Jordan Gillilan, 31, Chillicothe, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse for possession of a controlled substance resulting from an earlier investigation.  Gillilan was processed at the LCSO and was released on an OR bond via a warrant issued from Associate Court.

Citations:

July 5th, Matthew Case, 34, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 around LIV 261.

July 5th, Mark Sudermann, 57, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 261.

July 11th, Gracelyn Bentley, 18, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 75 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 208.

July 13th, Jenessa Gilker, 36, Illinois, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed by traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 261.

July 14th, Stephanie Cash, 19, Georgia, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 89 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 269.

July 14th, Mariko Marianes, 53, California, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 82 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near S. Mitchell Ave.

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office currently has 57 inmates in custody. 

Note:  All people are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a Court of Law.  An arrest, arrest warrant and/or incarceration is merely an allegation and nothing more.
