Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

July 20th, LCSO responded to the 18000 block of LIV 242 in reference to an abandoned vehicle crashed into a ditch.  Brief investigation was conducted and the vehicle was removed by Gabrielson's after attempts to contact the owner were ineffective.

July 20th, LCSO responded to the 200 block of Mansur Street in Chula reference a dog bite.  Report was completed to be forwarded to the Livingston County Health Center.

August 1st, LCSO deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no tail lights on U.S. Highway 36 near Mitchell Avenue.  The driver was discovered to be a missing Illinois man with Dementia.  The gentleman was reunited with family shortly thereafter.

August 5th, LCSO took a walk-in report of theft of license plates from the 6000 block of Missouri Highway 190.  The plates were found to have possibly been taken earlier this year, investigation continues.

Arrests:

July 23rd, Justin Haley, 45, was arrested in the 100 block of Crescent Drive in Chillicothe on a parole warrant.  Haley was also found to be in possession of various pieces of drug paraphernalia testing positive for Methamphetamine.  Haley was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

July 31st, Cody Dickerson, 24, Trenton, was arrested at Livingston County Associate Court on a Clinton County, Missouri municipal arrest warrant on a traffic violation.  Dickerson was processed and released after posting required bond.

August 1st, Jhoan Vilcapoma Siuce, 29, Peru, was arrested for traveling 95 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 277.  Vilcapoma Siuce posted $250 cash bond and was released on a summons.

Citations:

July 21st, Tony Diji, 56, Illinois, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 98 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at the Grand River Overflow Bridge.

July 22nd, Brennon Hemsworth, 21, Trenton, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway C.

July 27th, Alan Jaber, 24, Illinois, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at Mitchell Road.

July 27th, Kaleb Beyer, 45, Illinois, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 269.

July 27th, Manoa Latu, 52, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 241.

July 28th, Brennen Carter, 39, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 261.

July 28th, Raul Aguilar-Ramirez, 65, Illinois was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 251.

July 29th, Leandre Turner II, 22, Michigan, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 89 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 405.

July 29th, Antonio Henn, 22, Nebraska, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 251.

July 29th, Kynthia Arnold, 20, Kansas, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 77 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 251.

July 31st, Chelan Velineni, 19, Illinois, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 261.

August 1st, Cassandra O'Quain, 43, Louisiana, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 269.
