Taylor West has achieved the rank of Sergeant with the Livingston County Sheriff's Office effective September 1st, 2024.

Sergeant West began employment with our office on May 23rd, 2022 as a Deputy Sheriff and has become an invaluable asset to our office and the citizens of Livingston County.  Taylor is a leader among her peers and is an extremely pro-active law enforcement officer who we routinely receive compliments about.  Taylor excels at traffic enforcement and being a Field Training Officer for new deputies.

Taylor also received the L.E.T.S.A.C. Officer of the year award for her efforts and dedication to traffic safety.

I am certain Sergeant West's law enforcement career will continue to flourish with our agency and I look forward to continuing to work with her to maintain and and improve the safety and security of Livingston County.
