Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

September 21st, deputy responded to the 10000 block of LIV 233 in reference to a house fire. Deputy was first on scene and successfully deployed their in-car fire extinguisher and took care of the fire, which was located on a stove top, before it could spread to other parts of the house.

September 25th, deputy responded to the area of LIV 377 and LIV 326 in reference to property damage to field fencing and a field gate. Investigation continues.

September 28th, deputy responded to Hedrick Medical Center E.R. in reference to an individual with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigation revealed the wound resulted from an accidental discharge. The incident was documented to be kept on file.

September 30th, LCSO responded to the 200 block of Milwaukee Street in Ludlow reference possible harassment. Investigation showed no direct threats were made and a potential suspect was not able to be identified.

October 2nd, deputy responded to the 400 block of North Third Street in Wheeling reference a domestic disturbance. Investigation was completed and no arrests were made based on evidence statements made by the involved parties. Report to be kept on file.

Arrests:

September 23rd, Jennifer Ealey, 42, Cole Camp, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in the 300 block of Business 36 Highway. Deputy discovered a wrecked side-by-side vehicle and an investigation ensued. Ealey was processed and released on a criminal summons.

September 24th, LCSO served a Livingston County arrest warrant (Case #23LV-CR00510-01) on Brennan Pryor, 19, Chillicothe, in the 1100 block of Clay Street in Chillicothe. Pryor was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

September 25th, Nykaria Phillips, 19, Chillicothe, was arrested at Washington Street near 1st Street in Chillicothe, on two failures to appear warrants on traffic charges from Linn County. Phillips was also processed on new charges for Livingston County on driving without a valid license and failure to register motor vehicle. Phillips posted bond on Linn County charges and was released on summons for Livingston County.

September 27th, Marissa Saucedo, 45, Chillicothe, was arrested for driving while revoked first offense near Calhoun Street and Jefferson Street in Chillicothe. Saucedo was processed and released on a criminal summons.

September 28th, Russell Donoho, 61, Utica, was arrested for domestic assault 2nd degree in the 400 block of Broadway in Utica. Donoho was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

September 28th, Anthony Pegelow, 25, Chillicothe was arrested for operating a vehicle without a valid license 3rd or subsequent offense. Pegelow was also issued a citation for traveling 79 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on U.S. 65 near Apache Drive in Chillicothe. Pegelow was processed and released on summons.

September 29th, Daniel Clevenger, 38, Chillicothe was arrested for domestic assault in the 9000 block of LIV 232. Clevenger was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

October 2nd, Loren Tripp, 42, Chillicothe, was arrested for driving while revoked/suspended and delivery of a controlled substance on U.S. 36 near U.S. 65. Tripp was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.

October 6th, Kyle Dixon, 23, St. Louis, was arrested for traveling 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near Medicine Creek. Dixon posted bond and was released on a criminal summons after processing.

October 6th, James Haight, 24, Chillicothe, was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00001 on original charges of tampering with motor vehicle first degree. Haight was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Citations:

September 23rd, Elizabeth Furrell, 28, Kansas City, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at the Grand River.

September 24th, Michael Bunnell, 19, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway B.

September 29th, Zachary Laframboise, 27, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at U.S. 65.
