Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

October 7th, LCSO executed a search warrant in the 300 block of St. Louis Street in Utica in reference to several ongoing investigations.  LCSO was assisted by Chillicothe Police Department and Missouri State Technical Assistance Team.

October 13th, LCSO responded to an address on Old Highway 190 in reference to an unattended death investigation which showed to be natural causes.  Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased.

October 13th, deputies responded to the 6000 block of U.S. Highway 65 in reference to a fraud/scam incident.  Investigation showed the victim had transferred $350 cash via Apple Pay in response a fake Facebook post from a hacked account.  Investigation continues.

 

Arrests:

October 7th, Trenton Merriman, 23, of Warsaw turned himself in to the LSCO on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #22LV-CR00481-01 for delivery of a controlled substance.  Merriman was unable to post $5,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

October 9th, Dylan Tolle, 21, Chillicothe, was arrested on suspicion of DWI near U.S. 36 near LIV 235.  Tolle was processed and released on a summons to appear in court.

October 10th, Timothy Hampton, 60, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24-LVARW-289 on DWI chronic offender.  Hampton was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

October 10th, Barbee Faulconer-Laine, 49, Sedalia, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00105-01 on stealing fourth or subsequent offense.  Faulconer-Laine was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $20,000 cash only bond.

October 10th, Deandre Nichols, 29, Illinois, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #21LV-CR00343-01 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.  Nichols was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.

October 13th, Philip Woodward, 34, Brookfield, was arrested for traveling 100 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 247.  Woodward was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

October 15th, Brandon Behnk, 37, St. Charles, was arrested in Associate Court on an arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00236 for peace disturbance first offence and trespass 1st degree.  Behnk was processed and released on an OR bond.

October 15th, Jacob Wise, 31, Chillicothe, turned himself in on three active Lafayette County warrants on traffic offenses.  Wise posted the required bond and was released with a Lafayette County court date.

October 20th, Brandon May, 34, Kansas City, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River.  May was processed and released with a court date after posting $250 cash bond.

October 20th, Gavin Vandenboom, 27, Illinois, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 425.  Vandenboom was processed and released with a court date after posting $250 cash bond.

Citations:

October 5th, Brenden Mosher, 21, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 233.

October 6th, Caden Talbot, 21, Norborne, was issued a citation for traveling 84 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway CC.

October 6th, Jared Mathis, 28, Nebraska, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 261.

October 6th, Aaron Wesley, 49, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway CC.

October 8th, Herminia Maldonado, 41, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 233.

October 8th, Ann Barker, 25, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 84 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 251.

October 13th, Sharon Ramos, 53, Indiana, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 251.

October 20th, Charles Sprinkle, 26, Trenton, was issued a citation for traveling 81 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. 65 near State Highway K.

October 20th, Karley Hanners, 22, Lee's Summit, was issued a citation for traveling 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 231.

October 20th, Alexander Webb, 20, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 245.
