Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

November 12th, deputy responded to the 3000 block of LIV 269 in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, the disturbance had ceased but alleged property damage had occurred to a cell phone and door totaling over $750.  Formal charges for property damage are being sought.

November 13th, LCSO responded to the 400 block of North Main Street in Ludlow in reference to a disturbance involving multiple parties.  Investigation showed a male individual living at the residence was refusing to give car keys to the rightful owner of a vehicle.  Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and the property was returned to the rightful owner.

November 13th, deputy took a harassment report at the LCSO that allegedly occurred in the 4000 block of State Highway Y.  Informational file was created at the request of the reporting party and no charges are pending at this time.

November 14th, deputies responded to the 8000 block of State Highway B in reference to property damage.  Investigation shows a cord to an outdoor camera had been cut.  Investigation continues.

November 17th, deputy made contact with an individual in Chillicothe who had been reported to have been in crisis.  The individual was discovered to be OK and a report was submitted to provide further resources for mental health.

November 17th, deputy took a report of potential child abuse or neglect taking place near Chula.  Investigation and child abuse hotline completed.

November 19th, deputy responded to the 13000 block of LIV 430 in Dawn in reference to an infant being accidentally locked in a vehicle with the keys.  At the request of the parent, deputy broke the window of the vehicle to ensure the health of the infant who was found to be OK.

November 20th, deputy took a fraud/scam report from a county resident at the LCSO.  Investigation revealed a scammer attempted to defraud a consultant for kitchen products.  Luckily, the reporting party caught on to the scam before becoming a victim, investigation continues.

Arrests:

November 12th, Mario Tellez-Calderon, 32, Chillicothe, turned himself in on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for a traffic-related charge.  Tellez-Calderon posted required bond and was released with a court date.

November 18th, Hans Davis, 30, Chillicothe, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on an active warrant for case #23LV-CR00557-01.  Davis was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

November 18th, Aaron Vanderwerf, 42, Chillicothe, was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on an arrest warrant issued during court on case #22LV-CR00085-01.  Vanderwerf was unable to post $25,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Citations:

November 8th, Leilany Contreras, 18, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at State Highway C.

November 10th, Nathan Neeley, 38, Jamesport, was issued a citation for traveling 75 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 424.

November 10th, Andrea Givhan, 39, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at State Highway C.

November 10th, Mason Daniel, 26, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle with the Missouri Dept. of Revenue at Polk and Washington Streets.

November 17th, Stephen Deposki, 63, St. Louis, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 ½ mile East of State highway C.

November 20th, Sherrie Piedimonte, 66, Independence, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 East of the Grand River.

Note:  All people are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a Court of Law.  An arrest, arrest warrant and/or incarceration is merely an allegation and nothing more.
