Reports, Arrests and Citations

 

Incident Reports:

December 16th, LCSO responded to the 12000 block of LIV 302 in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Both parties were found to be OK and agreed to separate themselves.

December 16th, deputy responded to the 100 block of Chicago Street in Ludlow reference possible gun shot sounds.  Investigation showed the sounds may have been from a UTV driving-by.  Investigation continues.

December 20th, LCSO and MSHP responded to the 400 block of North Main Street in Ludlow in reference to a verbal domestic disturbance.

December 25th, deputy stopped a vehicle in reference to a rolling domestic disturbance on U.S. 65 just North of Highway 190.  The incident was determined to be only verbal in nature and an incident report was completed to be kept on file.

December 26th, LCSO took a report of a scammer attempting to obtain the reporting party's personal information by impersonating law enforcement.  Fortunately, the individual recognized this as potentially fraudulent before giving any information out.  Report was completed to be kept on file.

December 27th, LCSO took a violation of a full order of protection report from a county resident.  Investigation revealed that the reported violation likely took place and formal charges are being sought.

December 27th, deputy took a report of harassing text messages received by a Hale resident.  Investigation continues.

December 28th, deputy took a report of fraud from a county resident due to a fraudulent loan application attempt in the victim's name.  Report to be kept on file in case of further incidents.

December 31st, LCSO took a report of property damage to a hay trailer located on LIV 330.  Victim reported several thousand dollars in damages and the investigation continues.

 

 Arrests:

December 18th, Jordan Wells, 25, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00503.  Wells was unable to post $5000 cash bond and was subsequently transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

December 18th, Justin Haddakin, 32, Wheeling, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00580.  Haddakin was given an O.R. bond and released with a new court date.

December 18th, Matthew Douglas, 18, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on a Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00218.  Douglas was given an O.R. bond and released with a new court date.

December 20th, LCSO and MSHP responded to the 400 block of North Main Street in Ludlow in reference to a domestic disturbance.  As a result, Rhett Byler, 24, Ludlow, was arrested for domestic assault and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.

December 22nd, William Reed, 40, Carrollton, was arrested during a traffic stop on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on Case #24LV-CR00601 in Chillicothe.  Reed posted $5000 cash bond and was released with a court date.

December 28th, Tyler Thompson, 42, Kansas City, was arrested for traveling 95 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 403.  Thompson was released after being processed and posting $250 cash bond pending a court appearance.

December 30th, Tommy Hernandez, 28, Chicago, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated on drugs on U.S. 36 near LIV 233.  Hernandez was processed and released pending lab results and formal charges.

 

 Citations:

December 28th, Kathryn Milford, 48, New York, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 249.

December 28th, Dante Vandeven, 27, Jackson, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at Mitchell Avenue.

December 29th, Joseph Perry, 41, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for expired registration on Washington Street near Curtis Street in Chillicothe.
