Reports, Arrests and Citations

 

Incident Reports:

December 31st, deputies responded to an address on State Highway A for an individual in crisis.  A Crisis Intervention report was completed to connect the individual and family with additional resources.

January 2nd, LCSO assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a subject who fled from a traffic stop on foot.  The suspect was taken into custody without further incident and MSHP advised there are pending local charges on the suspect who also had additional and fully extraditable warrants from another state.

January 3rd, LCSO responded to the area of LIV 259 and LIV 261 in reference to an abandoned vehicle.  The registered owner was contacted, and the vehicle was removed by a local tow company.

January 6th, LCSO and MSHP responded to the 7000 block of LIV 237 in reference to a motor vehicle accident.  No injuries were reported, and an incident report was completed to be kept on file.

January 13th, LCSO took a harassment report from a Dawn resident who investigation shows has been harassed through inappropriate voicemails left on their phone.  Formal charges are pending.

 

Arrests:

December 29th, Terrance Kornegay, 35 Kansas City, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at LIV 259.  Kornegay was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

January 3rd, deputies arrested Brandon Flemming, 40, Chillicothe, on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #24LV-CR00332-01.  Flemming was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

January 8th, deputies arrested Jamee Gilgour, 31, Breckenridge, on an active Caldwell County arrest warrant for case #23CL-CR00257-01.  Gilgour was transferred to the custody of Caldwell County Sheriff's Office.

January 8th, LCSO arrested Dustin Ritchie, 40, Chillicothe, on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00593.  Ritchie was processed on an OR bond and released with a court date.

January 9th, LCSO arrested Joanna Harper, 57, Chillicothe, on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00414-01 at the Livingston County courthouse.  Harper was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

January 10th, Dakota Souders, 31, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24CH-MU00062 in the 700 block of Cowgill Street in Chillicothe.  Souders posted $250 cash bond and was released with a new court date.

January 11th, Ethan Weis, 24, Bosworth, was arrested by Carroll County Sheriff's Office for case #496850.  LCSO took custody of Weis for processing.  Weis posted $150 cash bond and was released with a court date.

January 16th, Mikalle Lowry, 23, Kansas, was arrested for traveling 91 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 405.  Lowry posted $250 cash bond and was released on summons.

 

 Citations:

January 7th, Jared Hickle, 28, Illinois, was issued a citation for expired registration on U.S. 36 near LIV 261.

January 7th, Anna Parker, 23, Illinois, was issued a citation for expired registration on U.S. 36 near LIV 253.

January 11th, Joshua Plaster, 39, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 East of the Grand River.

January 14th, Andrew Acquire, 42, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 4068.

January 16th, Konrad Schmitt, 26, Harrisonville, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Missouri Department of Revenue.
