Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

March 30th, LCSO assisted the Chillicothe Police Department with locating a suspect for an alleged assault investigation.  The person was located and taken into custody at an address in the 18000 block of LIV 308 without incident.

March 31st, deputy took a report of a possible Black Angus Bull stolen from a property in the 2000 block of LIV 516.  No suspects are known currently.

April 1st, LCSO completed an investigation into a sex offender failing to register as required.  Investigation showed the suspect had not included a social media account he utilized on his registration form and failed to notify our office of out of state travel.  Formal charges have been submitted for review.

April 2nd, LCSO took possession of a recovered license plate discovered by a citizen.  Brief investigation showed the plate had been on a vehicle sold by the registered owner.  The plate was turned over to the Chillicothe License Office.

Arrests:

March 28th, Stephen Barrett, 64, Wheeling, was arrested after MSHP and LCSO responded to Wheeling in reference to a disturbance.  Investigation showed Barrett had struck a neighbor in the 200 block of North Sherman Street.  Barrett was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.

April 3rd, John Gregus, 38, Illinois, was arrested for traveling 102 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at LIV 251.  Gregus was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.

April 3rd, Scott Arndt, 51, Brashear, was arrested for operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license at U.S. 36 near LIV 255.  Arndt was processed and released on summons.

April 9th, Noah Owens, 19, Columbia, was arrested for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 403.  Owens posted $250 cash bond and was released on summons for speeding and failure to register motor vehicle.

April 14th, Karli Harris, 46, Lockport, was arrested for failing to yield and exceeding the posted speed limit (26+) on U.S. 36 near LIV 405.  Harris posted $250 cash bond and was released on summons for the speed and careless and imprudent driving.

 

Citations:

April 6th, Madonna Robinzine, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at the Grand River.

April 9th, Chris Rodriguez, 53, Texas, was issued a citation for no insurance on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 263.

April 14th, Anthony Scognamillo, 48, Kansas, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 405.
