Reports, Arrests and Citations

Incident Reports:

April 6th, LCSO responded to LIV 2364 West of Chillicothe in reference to a vehicle on fire.  Investigation showed juveniles had been mudding in a pickup and the pickup ended up catching on fire.  Fire department was unable to reach the pickup due to road conditions and the truck was a total loss.  Landowners did not wish to pursue charges.

April 9th, deputy took a report of harassment from an individual in the 100 block of South Grant Street in Wheeling.  Suspect allegedly verbally threatened the victim.  Formal charges to be submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

April 11th, deputy responded to the 17000 block of Locust Street in Avalon reference a domestic disturbance.  The individuals involved were found to be OK and agreed to distance themselves.  No further action was taken, and an incident report was completed to be maintained on file.

April 14th, deputies responded to the 2000 block of State Highway U for a complaint of trespassing due to a strange pickup parked in a driveway.  The pickup had departed prior to officer's arrival and an incident report was created to be kept on file.

April 19th, deputies responded to the 24000 block of LIV 387 in reference to hay bales on fire.  The victim reported an extended cab, metallic silver in color, Ford F-150 pickup with a camper shell leaving at a high rate of speed.  Estimated losses totaled $3,750.

April 20th, LCSO took a walk-in report of an alleged assault that took place on Highway 190 near LIV 233.  Reporting party advised of a possible road-rage type incident wear another person followed the R.P. out to the location and stopped in the roadway, exited their vehicle, and struck the R.P.  The reporting person did not want to pursue charges at this time.

April 26th, LCSO responded to the 8000 block of LIV 239 in reference to a disturbance.  Investigation revealed an alleged violation of a full order of protection.  Formal charges to be submitted for violation of an order of protection.

April 29th, LCSO responded to the 10000 block of LIV228 in reference to a domestic disturbance involving threats of a weapon.  As a result of the investigation, Christian Slaughter, 18, Chillicothe, was arrested for domestic assault and property damage.  Slaughter was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.

 

 

Arrests:

April 18th, Courtney Anderson, 38, Kansas, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant and an active Clinton County arrest warrant (traffic related) on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 251.  Anderson posted bond on both warrants and was released with new court dates for both jurisdictions.

April 22nd, Nicole Baker, 43, Wheeling, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for stealing at the Livingston County courthouse.  Baker was allowed an OR bond and was released after processing.

April 27th, Sherry Childress, 41, Kansas City, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license on U.S. 26 near LIV 255.  Childress was processed and released on summons.

April 28th, Hunter Thornsberry, 23, Parkville, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near Utica.  Thornsberry was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.

April 28th, Stephan Griffin, 22, St. Louis, was arrested for traveling 96 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 413.  Griffin was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.

 

Citations:

April 15th, Carmela McGary, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 413.

April 16th, Wind Kennedy, 39, Ludlow, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 408.

April 17th, Madison Martin-Mathews, 26, Grandview, was issued a citation for traveling 82 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 East of State Highway C.

April 17th, Tristan Biswell, 37, Trenton, was issued a citation for failing to provide/maintain financial responsibility at the request of law enforcement-vehicle owned by another at Washington Street and Webster Street in Chillicothe.

April 17th, Tyler Payne, 43, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 259.

April 18th, Gunnar Zajac, 17, Colorado, was issued a citation for traveling 89 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at State Highway B.

April 18th, Jason Holmes IV, 24, Hamilton, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at the Grand River.

April 18th, Elizabeth Rault, 40, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 253.

April 21st, Jeffrey Reger, 52, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on Missouri Highway 190 at LIV 229.

April 21st, Carson McLaughlin, Plattsburg, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at State Highway D.

April 21st, Mathew Heelan, 54, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at the Grand River.

April 25th, Gabriel Aguirre, 55, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 255.

April 25th, Daniel Morris, 30, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 78 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 405.

April 29th, Jacquline Terwilliger, 30, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for no insurance at Walnut Street and Jackson Street in Chillicothe.
