Reports, Arrests and Citations
Incident Reports:
April 30th, deputy responded to the 1000 block of LIV 243, Farmersville, in reference to a disturbance. Investigation revealed that an individual, identified as Theresa Webb, 38, Farmersville, was driving a vehicle while honking a horn and yelling at neighbors. Statements and video footage was collected leading to Webb being issued a citation for peace disturbance with a court date.
May 3rd, deputy provided traffic control on State Highway V approximately 2 miles East of Chillicothe for a traffic accident where a vehicle swerved to miss a deer and went into the ditch. Deputy discovered an AT&T electrical column had also been damaged. AT&T responded to observe the damage and reported no harm had been done. Report created to be kept on file.
May 9th, LCSO took a report of a dog bite that occurred around Old Highway 190 and LIV 233. Investigation showed that a Pitbull attacked a horse and the person riding the horse causing the rider to fall off the horse. The owner of the animal was contacted, and standard animal bite report was completed and forwarded to the Livingston County Health Center.
May 13th, deputy responded to the 7000 block of State Highway U in reference to a dog being struck by a vehicle. The owner of the animal was contacted, and the dog was transported to a local veterinary clinic. The driver of the vehicle is unknown.
May 13th, LCSO responded to the 300 block of Marshall Street in Chula in reference to a 3rd party report disturbance involving a possible threat with a firearm. Upon arrival, the alleged suspect had left the area, and the other person involved reported no firearm was involved. A domestic disturbance report was completed to be kept on file.
Arrests:
May 1st, Nicki Howe, 40, Mooresville, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #24LV-CR00402-01 at the courthouse. Howe was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
May 2nd, Jackson Shuler, 19, Pleasant Hill, was arrested for traveling 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259. Shuler was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.
May 2nd, Brennin Shoop, 19, Chillicothe, was arrested at Washington and Jackson Streets in Chillicothe on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00165 (no bond allowed). Shoop was transported to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail pending court appearance.
May 7th, Billy Williams Jr., 42, Chillicothe, turned himself in on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #220684463. Williams posted $250 cash bond and was released with a new court date.
May 7th, Jericho Richardson, 25, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00051. Richardson was unable to post $7,500 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
May 8th, Curtis Burton, 35, Chillicothe, was arrested in the 400 block of Vines Street in Chillicothe on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00106. Burton posted $250 cash bond and was released with a new court date.
Citations:
May 1st, Maria Velazquez-Sanchez, 30, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 251.
May 1st, Adolfo Oruzco Franco, 51, Raytown, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 251.
May 2nd, Caleb French, 20, Michigan, was issued a citation for traveling 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.
May 2nd, Jean Paul Daigle, 24, Indiana, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 259.
May 2nd, Anna LaFleur, 33, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 82 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 259.
May 8th, Renzo Espina-Gallardo, 43, Utah, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.
May 8th, Alexander Saposhnik, 21, Nevada, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 259.
May 8th, Brian Carrizales-Arenas, 20, Kansas, was issued a citation for exceeding the posted speed limit by traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 and LIV 247.
May 8th, Jordy Munkokole, 17, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at LIV 259.
May 9th, Lukas Phillips, 20, Nebraska, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 and LIV 269.
