Reports, Arrests and Citations
Incident Reports:
June 7th, LCSO completed a report of a possible stolen Caterpillar Excavator. Follow-up was completed by deputy and determined that the equipment was scheduled for repossession but had been paid off, so it was not stolen.
June 10th, deputy took a report of a theft in the 15000 block of LIV 2386 Chillicothe, MO. Reporting person reported that a firearm with ammunition, clothes, and a battery pack was stolen from his boat that was attached to his vehicle. Investigation continues.
June 11th, deputies responded to a report of a one vehicle accident with the vehicle in the ditch near Hwy H and Hwy 139. Deputies located the vehicle with no property damage other than to the vehicle but no driver. Deputies located the driver walking on a gravel road near the crash site and the driver went to HMC by EMS for medical treatment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
June 11th, LCSO responded to LIV 320 near LIV 369 in reference to a self-inflicted gunshot wound that resulted in the death of a Chillicothe man. Our thoughts remain with the family during this tough time.
June 15th, deputy assisted MSHP on US 36 and E of Mitchell Rd. with a person that MSHP had in custody to assist with transportation. It was determined that the subject possibly swallowed illegal drugs, and EMS was requested and transported the subject to Hedrick Medical Center to be treated. The subject was deemed fit for confinement for jail and was taken to the Chillicothe Police Department for fingerprinting. The subject urinated and defecated on the floor and requested to go back to the hospital because there was something ingested and the subject was afraid that the subject was going to die. EMS was requested again and transported the subject back to HMC. The subject was ultimately transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
June 18th, Informational report by deputy on a detainee that claimed to be having a medical issue while at the Livingston County Courthouse. EMS was called and checked detainee. Detainee admitted to criminal activity to 871.
June 20th, Towed vehicle report of a vehicle towed from a single vehicle crash near Hwy 190 and LIV 525 after driver went to HMC. Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
June 25th, deputy took a report of a violation of a full order of protection that was issued in Livingston County and the violation occurred in Livingston County. The violation alleged to have occurred was that the respondent contacted the victim by phone and also requested the victim to drop the order of protection. Report to be forwarded to the PA for consideration of charges.
June 26th, deputy completed an investigation into hindering prosecution occurring in the 1400 block of S. Mitchell Street in Chillicothe. Formal charges have been submitted for consideration.
June 30th, LCSO responded to the 400 block of Jackson Street in Mooresville in reference to a domestic disturbance. The disturbance was discovered to be verbal in nature at that time but further investigation into a physical altercation between the two individuals involved the prior evening was also investigated. The two were separated and formal charges have been submitted to the P.A.'s Office for consideration.
Arrests:
June 18th, Alexios Razvi of Illinois on a 48-hour commitment to jail on the charge of speeding. Mr. Razvi was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
June 19th, deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving 81mph when limited to 55 mph on Highway 190 that resulted in the arrest of Zavier Stone for exceeding the posted speed limit. Stone posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
June 20th, LCSO arrested Katlyn Ann Harper on an active Caldwell County arrest warrant in the 1200 block of Webster St. Chillicothe, MO. Warrant was for two counts of Assault 4th degree with a $1,000.00 cash only bond. Harper posted bond and was released pending a court appearance on07/10/2025 in Caldwell County Court.
June 27th, Aaron Janssen, 31, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active Carroll County arrest warrant for case #25CR-CR00078 on U.S. 26 near Blackwell Creek. Janssen was unable to post $1500 cash bond and was transported to CCDC pending extradition to Carroll County.
June 30th, Alex Gandy, 19, Brookfield was arrested for driving while suspended in the 500 block of Washington Street in Chillicothe. Gandy was processed and released on summons pending court appearance.
June 30th, Viviana Sanchez-Rangel, 25, Nebraska, was arrested for traveling 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River. Sanchez Rangel was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.
June 30th, Tre Walker, 31, Nebraska, turned himself in on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #25LV-CR00192. Walker was denied bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
Citations:
June 21st, Brandy Williams, St. Louis, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at State Highway C.
June 24th, Robert Thompson, Michigan, was issued a citation for traveling 79 MPH in a 65 MPH zone at U.S. 36 near U.S. 65.
June 27th, Jason Hubbard, 53, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Missouri Department of Revenue.
June 27th, Anderson Miranda-Martinez, 23, Nebraska, was issued a citation for traveling 82 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 408.
June 28th, Jackson Haney, 30, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Missouri Department of Revenue.
June 30th, Madison Bunner-Rahn, 25, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 255.

Many of these traffic violation citations were a result of deputies working on overtime grants provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation.
