Reports, Arrests and Citations
Incident Reports:
August 26th, deputy responded to the 23000 block of Highway 139 in reference to a suspicious grass fire. Damage to a culvert was reported and documented. Investigation continues.
August 27th, deputy completed an investigation into careless and imprudent driving by an individual on an ATV. Complainant advised the suspect was doing "doughnuts" on State Highway D in Mooresville and created a traffic hazard. Citations were issued and forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration.
August 29th, deputy took a fraud report via phone from a Livingston County resident. The reporting party advised they had sent a check to an address in Tennessee reference property they own there. RP advised upon following up, they discovered the correspondence requesting the check was likely a fraud/scam. Report taken to be kept on file.
September 2nd, LCSO responded to the 3000 block of LIV 4182 in reference to a verbal domestic disturbance. Both parties provided statements and were advised to separate. Incident file completed to be kept for records.
September 2nd, deputy responded to the 200 block of Mansur Street in Chula reference possible vehicle tampering. A canvas of the neighborhood was completed in an attempt to obtain suspect information to no avail. Investigation continues.
September 4th, LCSO completed an investigation into harassing text messages sent by a father to his son. Formal charges are being sent to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration.
September 8th, deputy completed an investigation into fake urine being submitted to bond supervision at the courthouse. Incident report submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration.
Arrests:
August 26th, deputy arrested Dalton Sizemore, 29, Purdin, for driving while suspended or revoked on U.S Highway 36 near LIV 259. Sizemore was also issued a citation for traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. Sizemore was processed and released on summons.
September 4th, Rylin Clark, 19, Chillicothe, was arrested at the courthouse on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00060-01. Clark was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and subsequently transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
September 4th, Andrew Orton, 37, Fulton, was arrested at the courthouse on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #22LV-CR00540-01. Orton was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
September 6th, Clarisia Balladares, 40, Kansas City, was arrested for driving while suspended on U.S. 36 near State Highway D. Balladares was also issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. Balladares was processed and released on summons.
September 6th, Alexande Verdin, 30, Illinois, was arrested for traveling 97 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 405. Verdin was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.
September 9th, Victoria Craddock-Batson, 34, Kansas City, was arrested for traveling 101 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 415. Craddock-Batson was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.
September 10th, Brandon Wiloughby, 36, Carrollton, was arrested on an active Carroll County arrest warrant on case #25CR-CR00151 on U.S. 36 at LIV 247. Wiloughby was processed and released on the warrant and issued citations for failing to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
September 10th, Rachel Flint, 34, Carrollton, was arrested on an active Ray County arrest warrant for case #704225853 at the LCSO. Flint was processed and released after posting cash bond.
September 11th, Edward Turner, 67, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00328. Turner was processed and released on OR bond.
Citations:
September 1st, Josiah Morones, 18, Cameron, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near Medicine Creek.
September 2nd, Coleman Harmon, 27, Trenton, was issued a citation for traveling 73 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 222.
September 2nd, Palli Terat, 27, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.
September 2nd, Christopher White, 38, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway D.
September 3rd, Michael Green, 33, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 261.
September 4th, Lisa Robinson, 52, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River.
September 8th, Lexington Baker, 18, Braymer, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 at the Grand River.
September 11th, Nathan Fikes, 29, Independence, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway C.
September 12th, Harsh Patel, 27, Warrensburg, was issued a citation for traveling 85 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River.

Many of these traffic violation citations were a result of deputies working on overtime grants provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation.
