Reports, Arrests and Citations

 

Incident Reports:


September 1st, deputies took a report of property damage at Mooresville Park. Investigation showed someone had damaged grass at the park from doing "doughnuts" in an unknown vehicle. Investigation continues.


September 10th, deputy took a report of a damaged mailbox in the 12000 block of LIV 228. Investigation continues.


September 16th, deputy completed an investigation into a registered offender failing to register as required after being released from the Missouri Department of Corrections. Incident has been submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration of charges.


September 18th, deputy completed an investigation into an individual discharging a firearm from a public roadway in Chula and animal abuse. Investigation revealed the suspect killed 2 cats by shooting them with a firearm. Formal charges have been submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration.


September 23rd, deputy completed an investigation into an individual driving while revoked in Chillicothe. Report was submitted to the P.A. for formal charges.


Arrests:


September 9th, Tristan Sheppard, 33, Wheeling, was arrested in Brookfield and transported back to Livingston County for a domestic assault alleged to have occurred in the 300 block of North State Street in Wheeling. Investigation showed Sheppard had struck the victim in the face with an open hand. Sheppard was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center pending formal charges.


September 14th, Claudette Andrade, 19, California, was arrested for traveling 98 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River. Andrade was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


September 14th, Brandi Reynolds, 46, Ashland, was arrested for traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River. Reynolds was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


September 15th, Cheyenne Vire, 29, Brookfield, turned herself in to the LCSO on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #25LV-CR00377. Vire was processed and released with a court date after posting $2500 cash bond.


September 16th, Glenn Borntrager, 19, Michigan, was arrested for traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259. Borntrager was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


September 17th, LCSO investigated a report of a bag of weapons being recovered in Wheeling. This was found to be false information spread by a "News" app back in July.


September 18th, Nicholas Shipley, 40, Chillicothe, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #21LV-CR00255-01 in the 1000 block of 2nd Street in Chillicothe. Shipley was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to CCDC.


September 21st, Rodolfo Valencia, 28, Illinois was arrested for traveling 92 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 403. Valencia was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


September 25th, Tre Walker, 31, Nebraska, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00192 in Carroll County. Walker was extradited to Livingston County and transported to CCDC as he was unable to post $2500 cash bond.


September 29th, Niki Kimberling, 34, Gladstone, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant in reference to case #22LV-CR00505-01 during Circuit Court. Kimberling was unable to post $20,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.


October 1st, Dalton Sizemore, 29, Purdin, was arrested on an active Livingston County arrest warrant for case #25LV-CR00392. Sizemore was allowed an OR bond and was released after processing with a new court date.

Citations:


September 12th, Haiden Zumwalt, 24, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 413.


September 12th, Brennan Pryor, 20, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for no insurance second offense in the 400 block of Clay Street in Chillicothe.


September 14th, Eyezick Dowell, 17, Breckenridge, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 at the Grand River.


September 19th, Bradley Jackson, 49, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.


September 19th, Tasha Strawder, 33, St. Louis, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.


September 19th, Steven Ondak, 58, Lees Summit, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 259.


September 19th, Nicholas Pelligreen, 54, Iowa, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 255.


September 19th, Jeffrey Mullins, 47, Windsor, was issued a citation for traveling 80 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. 65 near LIV 204.


September 20th, Jai'shon White, 17, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 60 MPH in a 35 MPH zone on Washington Street near Park Lane.


September 22nd, Katie Turpin, 23, Galt, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle annually with DOR at Washington Street and Ryan Lane in Chillicothe.


September 26th, Joseph Belew, 62, Braymer, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle on U.S. 36 near LIV 408.


September 26th, Johny Leffler, 59, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle on JFK Avenue near elm Street in Chillicothe.
