LEGAL BID NOTICE FOR EQUIPMENT-PICKUP TYPE PATROL VEHICLE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Livingston County Commission until 10:00 a.m. on October 30th, 2025, for one new pickup type patrol vehicle for law enforcement use. Vehicle must be pursuit-rated with 4-wheel drive and powered by at least a V-6 Eco Boost or equivalent motor. Bid should include pricing plus additional optional features/pricing to add/delete to be decided by agency. Order to be made following selection of winning bid. Please include information on ordering dates and potential dates of delivery.
Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Livingston County Clerk's Office, 700 Webster Street, Chillicothe, MO 64601 prior to above date/time. For additional information please call Sheriff Dustin Woelfle or Chief Deputy Michael Claypole at 660-646-0515.
The Livingston County Commission reserves the right to accept the lowest or best bid, and the right to reject any and/or all bids.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Livingston County Commission until 10:00 a.m. on October 30th, 2025, for one new Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit patrol vehicle for law enforcement use. Vehicle must be pursuit-rated with 4-wheel drive and powered by at least a 5.3L V8 engine. Bid should include pricing plus additional optional features/pricing to add/delete to be decided by agency. Order to be made following selection of winning bid. Please include information on ordering dates and potential dates of delivery.
