Reports, Arrests and Citations
Incident Reports:
December 17th, deputy responded to the 5000 block of LIV 512 for a report of an unresponsive male. Unfortunately, the individual was determined to be deceased, and the Livingston County Coroner's Office was summoned to the scene. Our thoughts remain with the family.
December 19th, LCSO responded to the 20000 block of LIV 359 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, a male suspect was discovered to have fled the residence upon learning of law enforcement response. Unfortunately, the male individual was later located in Carroll County deceased. Our thoughts are with the family.
December 20th, deputy took a report of a domestic disturbance occurring in the 15000 block of LIV 423 in Mooresville. Investigation showed a male threatened to shoot a female and then shoot himself resulting in the arrest of Kenneth Stine, 59, Mooresville for domestic assault. Stine was processed and transported to CCDC pending formal charges.
December 30th, LCSO responded to the 200 block of East Tenth Street, Chillicothe, in reference to a domestic disturbance between two individuals. As a result, Emily Reyes-Policarpio, 36, Chillicothe was arrested and processed for Domestic Assault. An incident report was forwarded to the P.A.'s Office for consideration of charges.
Arrests:
December 16th, Pablo Jones, 20 and Brennan Pryor, 20, both of Chillicothe were arrested around Washington Street near Snow Street after a deputy witnessed the two males street racing. Jones was processed and released on summons for driving while suspended and Pryor was processed and released on summons for stunt driving.
December 29th, Joshua Renken, 47, Trenton, turned himself in on an active Livingston County arrest warrant on case #25LV-CR00511. Renken was given an OR bond and was released with a new court date.
December 31st, Steven Burns, 39, Utica, was arrested for driving while revoked second offense on Washington Street near Waples Street. Burns was processed and released on summons.
Citations:
December 19th, Jeremy Stueve, 45, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 255.
December 31st, Thomas Streder, 27, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.

Many of these traffic violation citations were a result of deputies working on overtime grants provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation.
