Reports, Arrests and Citations


Incident Reports:


March 15th, LCSO responded to the 1000 block of LIV 243 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed a suspect had threatened a juvenile victim and wasn't allowing the reporting party to leave the residence. Report has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for consideration of charges.


March 16th, deputy responded to the 11000 block of LIV 2313 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed a mother and son had gotten into a verbal argument. Everyone was found to be safe and an incident report was created to be kept on file.


March 17th, LCSO took a report of fraud/stealing from a victim who resides in the 11000 block of LIV 233. Victim reported a check was sent to a company and was intercepted and cashed by an unknown suspect. The victim then reported back to the LCSO and explained the check had actually been mistakenly sent to another company. Case closed.


March 22nd, LCSO responded to the 21000 block of 3rd Street in Dawn in reference to a welfare check and someone refusing to leave a residence. Resulting investigation showed damage to items belonging to the reporting party caused by an ex-partner who was visibly and admittedly intoxicated. The ex-partner would end up leaving the residence and a report was forwarded to the P.A.'s Office for consideration.


March 26th, deputies responded to Hedrick Medical Center E.R. for a report of sexual abuse and child abuse that reportedly occurred in Chula and other locations for approximately 5 years. A victim was interviewed and the case was ultimately referred to the Missouri State Technical Assistance Team for further investigation.


March 27th, deputy took a report of a violation of an order of protection from a resident of Utica. Investigation showed a suspect was threatening to release false information on the reporting party to harm the R.P.'s career. Incident submitted to the P.A.'s Office for consideration.


March 30th, LCSO took a report of theft in the 14000 block of LIV 228. A victim reported dealing with issues of individuals riding A.T.V.'s on his property without permission and also reported an item also he suspected of being stolen. Investigation continues.


March 30th, LCSO took a report of trespassing taking place in the 8000 block of LIV 515. Investigation continues.


Arrests:


March 17th, Bobby Sprouse, 22, Dawn, was arrested by MSHP and processed by a deputy at the Chillicothe Police Department. Sprouse was processed and released with a new court date after posting $156 cash bond.


March 17th, Amy Brooks, 40, St. Clair, was arrested at the Chillicothe Correctional Center on an active St. Louis County warrant on case #26SL-CR00512. Brooks was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center to await extradition.


March 19th, Lilliana Lowe, 20, Nebraska, was arrested for traveling 97 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway CC. Lowe was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


March 28th, Kathleen Smith, 30, Chillicothe, was arrested for traveling 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near the Grand River Bridge. Smith was processed and released on summons after posting $250 cash bond.


Citations:


March 18th, Darnell McMiller, 40, was issued a citation for traveling 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 26 near LIV 243.


March 20th, Weston Davis,18, Brookfield, was issued a citation for traveling 88 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway C.


March 27th, Michaela Bueno, 35, Milan, was issued a citation for traveling 80 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. 65 near LIV 204.


March 31st, Randy Dillon, 56, Green Ridge, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near State Highway CC.


**IMPORTANT NOTICE**


Many of these traffic violation citations were a result of deputies working on overtime grants provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation. These programs fund traffic enforcement projects through reimbursements collected by Livingston County.
