Early morning February 07, 2018 an investigation began at a residence on Liv 228 where a relative discovered another resident of the home was deceased. Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services, Livingston County Sheriff's Office, and Coroner’s Office were dispatched to the home.

Preliminary investigation suggests the elderly person had been ill and reportedly diagnosed with the flu on or about February 06.  At this time, natural cause is the suspected reason for passing.
