May 18 at 11:01 a.m. LCSO responded to a location south of Chillicothe near the Grand River on a report to check the well-being of apparent stranded motorist. Investigation adult male allegedly tossed drug paraphernalia and further tried to conceal it from the deputy. Incident resulted in the arrest of Clyde Daniel Robinson, 64, Wheeling on alleged Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Mr. Robinson was processed and released on summons.
