Recently the Livingston County Sheriff's Office received Court orders to transfer the following detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections:

Avery Young, 24, Chillicothe       Involuntary Manslaughter 1st Degree 10 years DOC, 2 counts Possession Controlled Substance, 5 years DOC on each count all to run consecutively. 

Canaan Davis, 30, Blue Springs              Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance            5 years DOC.

Bobby Head, 62, Chillicothe                    Probation Violation - Possession Controlled Substance            5 years DOC.

Mr. Davis and Mr. Head were transferred on March 23 while Ms. Young was transferred on March 24, 2023.
