Bid Notice for Roof Work
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Livingston County Commission will accept bids on the following roof repair at 901 Webster Street, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Inspection must be done when roof is clear of snow
Power wash existing roof
Repair damaged loose seams
Repair any blisters
Apply primer to the entire roof
Apply seam sealer as needed
Apply flashing grade sealant to all curbs, pipes, and penetrations
Apply 1.5 gallons per 100 sq ft of silicone roof coating for 10 year warranty
Repair any necessary seams in coping metal
Remove any broken material and replace
Remove and dispose of all debris at an approved landfill
Sealed bids may be delivered or mailed to Sherry Parks, County Clerk, 700 Webster St., Chillicothe, Mo 64601 no later than 10:00 a.m. on March 16th, 2021, at which time the bids will be opened.
The Livingston County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to accept the lowest or best bid.
